2013 IFBB California Pro Figure Final Results
Camala Rodriguez won the first IFBB Pro Figure contest of her career on Saturday night at the California Pro in Culver City. Rodriguez, who competed in Fitness for the first three years of her pro career, made the switch to the Figure division at the end of 2013.
Allison Frahn, the 2012 Cal Pro runner-up, placed second once again. Kimberly Sheppard placed third, the highest finish of her pro career.

2013 IFBB Toronto Pro: Day 1 Final Results
Ashley Kaltwasser, Ryall Graber-Vasani and Toni West and all won their respective divisions during an action-packed first day at the IFBB Toronto Pro Super Show on Friday.
Kaltwasser, competing for the fifth time in the past six weeks, won for the second time this month. Her first win of the month – and of her career – came two weeks ago at the Powerhouse Classic. Kaltwasser, who earned her pro card at last year’s NPC Team Universe, has now placed first or second in her last five competitions dating back to the Europa Show of Champions in April.
Jennifer Dawn and Gigi Amurao rounded out the top three.
In Fitness, Ryall Graber-Vasani also won for the second time this year. Her first win of 2013 – and of her career – came at the Arnold Classic Brasil in April. Graber-Vasani has competed four times this season and has finished in the top three each time except once – at the Fitness International to start the year.
Michelle Blank and Nicole Duncan placed second and third, respectively.
Big things were predicted for Toni West when she won the Women’s Physique Overall title at the 2012 NPC Nationals, and she hasn’t disappointed through her first two contests in the IFBB Professional League. West placed a solid third at the New York Pro in her pro debut last week against a deep and talented lineup. In Toronto, West moved to the front of the pack early and never looked back to notch the first win of her pro career.
Ceanna Kerr placed second, the second consecutive year she has finished as the Toronto Pro runner-up. Mindi O’Brien placed third in her Women’s Physique debut. O’Brien last competed in the Fitness division at the 2009 Olympia, where she placed 11th.

2013 IFBB Toronto Pro Day 2 Final Results
Victor Martinez, Jose Raymond, Ann Titone, Matt Acton and Jennifer Scarpetta all won titles in their respective divisions on Saturday night in the second day of competition at the 2013 IFBB Toronto Pro Super Show.
In Men’s Bodybuilding, Martinez’s win qualified him for the Olympia in September. He narrowly missed out on that automatic qualification last week – when he returned to competition after an 18-month layoff – when placing second at the New York Pro. The win was the fourth of Martinez’s 12-year pro career.
Fouad Abiad rebounded from an disappointing early-season showing at the Arnold Classic – where he placed 10th – by finishing second, while Jonathan Delarosa placed third.
Jose Raymond collected his second win in as many weeks in the 212 division. Raymond won at last week’s New York Pro after deciding to enter the contest on the Friday evening before the show. Runner-up Mark Dugdale followed up his solid outing in New York with another top-three finish. In the process, Dugdale picked up four points in the Olympia Qualification Series, moving him into the No. 2 spot in the standings. Raul Carrasco finished third.
In Figure, Ann Titone won her first contest of the year and third of her career. Titone, who placed third at the 2011 Toronto Pro, won two contests in 2012. Swann Cardot picked up her second-straight runner-up finish. Cardot finished second at last week’s New York Pro. Canada’s Natalie Waples finished third and has placed in the top three of her last three contests.
Earlier in the day, Matt Acton won the first IFBB Pro Men’s Physique contest of his career. It Acton’s fourth competition in the past six weeks. His placings steadily improved throughout the six weeks, going from 13th (Europa Show of Champions) to 5th (Pittsburgh Pro) to 3rd (last week’s New York Pro).
Tyler Anderson placed second, the second time this year he has finished as the runner up. Anderson, who came into the contest in a three-way tie in the Olympia Qualification Series, now leads the OQS with 11 points. William Sullivan, competing in his sixth contest of the year, placed third.
Jennifer Scarpetta, making her IFBB Pro debut, earned the win in Women’s Bodybuilding. Scarpetta hadn’t competed since winning her pro card at the 2010 NPC USA Championships. Annie Frietas placed second while Maria Rita Bello finished third.

2013 IFBB Mile High Championships Final Report & Photos
It’s been over a year since we’ve seen Sara Hurrle on a competitive stage, but on Saturday night Hurrle picked up where she left off by winning the first-ever IFBB Mile High Championships in Denver, Colorado.
The victory was the third in the Women’s Physique division for Hurrle, and moves her into a three-way tie for most career WPD wins with Patricia Mello and Karina Nascimento. Hurrle’s last contest was the Los Angeles Grand Prix in April of 2012.
Jillian Reville and Karin Hobbs were neck-and-neck for the No. 2 spot. Reville came out ahead by two points in that battle to notch the second runner-up finish of her career. Hobbs’s third-place finish moves her into the lead in the Olympia Qualification Series with nine points.
Carrie Simmons and Nicole Berg placed fourth and fifth, respectively.

IFBB Weekend Preview: Southern California Pro Bikini & Omaha Pro Figure
The Bikini and Figure divisions take center stage this weekend in the IFBB with the Southern California Pro Bikini Championships in San Diego and the Omaha Pro Figure Championships in Omaha, Nebraska.
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PRO BIKINI CHAMPIONSHIPS: SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
Ten competitors will make their way to sunny San Diego on Saturday looking for a win and an automatic qualification to the Bikini Olympia. None of the 10 have qualified to date. Narmin Assria and Christie Marquez are the only two who have accumulated points in the Olympia Qualification Series, with one point separating the two in the standings. Assria, who won the 2012 Pacific USA Championships a year ago, is the only competitor in the lineup with a pro win on her resume.
OMAHA PRO FIGURE CHAMPIONSHIPS: OMAHA, NEBRASKA
Candice Lewis won a record-tying five contests in 2012, but she’ll be looking for her first win of this season in Nebraska this weekend. Lewis has competed twice this year, placing fourth at the Figure International and third at the Australia Grand Prix. Her toughest competition could come from former Fitness competitor Camala Rodriguez, who is fresh off a win at the California Pro two weeks ago. Rodriguez, who switched to the Figure division after competing in last year’s Fitness Olympia, placed sixth at the Figure International in her only other competition of 2013.
Allison Frahn and Kim Sheppard placed second and third, respectively, at the California Pro two weeks ago.

2013 IFBB Omaha Pro Figure Championships Final Results & Galleries
Candice Lewis won for the second time at the Omaha Pro Figure Championships on Saturday night in Nebraska, successfully defending the title she won a year ago.
It was the first win of 2013 for Lewis and her sixth overall since earning her pro card at the 2011 NPC Junior Nationals. She’s come a long way in a year – her win last year was the first of her career, and jump-started a season in which she finished first a record-tying five times. Only two other Figure competitors – Nicole Wilkins and Erin Stern – have won five times in a single season. Lewis had placed fourth (Figure International) and third (Australia Grand Prix) in her two previous contests this year.
Camala Rodriguez, fresh of her first career win at the California Pro two weeks ago, finished second. Rodriguez made the switch to the Figure division last fall after spending the first three years of her career competing in Fitness.
Aleisha Hart placed third to help her pick up three points in the Olympia Qualification Series, moving her into a tie with Swann Cardot for third in the standings with nine points. Kim Sheppard (4th) and Allison Frahn (5th) rounded out the top five.

2013 IFBB Southern California Bikini Championships Final Results
Narmin Assria won the second contest of her career on Saturday night at the IFBB Southern California Bikini Championships in San Diego, California.
Assria’s first win came at last year’s Pacific USA Championships. In two previous contests this year, Assria had placed third (St. Louis Pro) and 8th (Muscle Contest Pro).
Christie Marquez placed second, the highest finish of her three-year pro career. Marquez was coming off of a fourth-place finish at the St. Louis Pro. Jessica Arevalo (3rd), Candice Conroy (4th) and Angela Skeels (5th) rounded out the top five and all picked up points in the Olympia Qualification Series.
